Responsibilities

• Assist with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod
• Operate hand tools and light machinery (e.g., trimmers, blowers, compactors)
• Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Perform lawn care, mulching, and garden maintenance
• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labour experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (asset)
