Job description

Experience level: Entry Creative Concepts Landscapes is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Landscape Installers & Construction Crew Members. In this role, you'll play a vital role in transforming our clients' visions into stunning backyards, front yards, and outdoor living areas in the Burlington, Oakville, Dundas, and Hamilton areas.

What You'll Do:

Assist our experienced crew with various landscaping tasks, including:

• Excavation and base preparation for patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Grading and sodding to create lush lawns.
• Installing stone pavers and slabs for patios, walkways, and driveways.
• Manual labor and heavy lifting to move materials and complete installations.
• Operating mini excavators and skid steers under the guidance of experienced crew members.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid G2 Driver's License: A valid G2 license is required.
• Positive Work Ethic:We value hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude that contributes to a strong team environment.
• Embrace the Outdoors:You'll be working outdoors 8-10 hours a day, so a willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions is essential.
• Passion & Eagerness to Learn:A genuine interest in the landscaping industry and a willingness to learn new skills from experienced professionals is a must.
• It is expected that you will have reliable transportation to our shop in Flamborough, Ontario which is not serviced by public transportation.
