Based in Hamilton, ON with job sites in the GTHA

Full-time permanent role paying $17 - $30 / hr. depending on experience + potential for bonuses

Overtime after 44 hours / week

Monday to Friday schedule, year-round work available, and very limited weekend work required

Benefits after 3 months

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. required

Previous construction or landscaping experience an asset, but not required

Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required

Currently, our dedicated team is seeking new Landscape Construction Lead Hands and Crew Members to join us and support our crew in delivering high-quality landscaping projects.

Your tasks will include:

1. Report to our shop in the morning to receive your work assignments
2. Travel with your crew to customer job sites
3. Receive work directions from the foreman and lead hand on site
4. Perform physical labor tasks to assist in landscape construction or maintenance
5. Operate tools and equipment such as chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement tools, shovels, hammers, drills, skid steers, excavators, etc.

1. Full-time, permanent position, 45-55 hours/week, including winter snow removal
2. Monday to Friday, starting at 6:45 am, with limited weekend work
3. Pay rate of $17 - $30 / hr. depending on experience + bonuses
4. Overtime after 44 hours/week

Qualifications:

1. Experience in physical labor, preferably outdoors
2. Experience operating tools/equipment like chainsaws, jackhammers, levels, hammers, lawnmowers, skid steers, etc.
3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
4. Experience in landscaping or construction is a plus
5. Valid G driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract is a plus
6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings is a plus
