Job summary

Trail Estate Winery is seeking a seasonal part-time groundskeeper to maintain beautiful gardens and assist in vineyard duties. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to lift heavy objects, and operate landscape machinery. This position offers flexible hours outdoors, ideal for someone who enjoys working in nature.

Qualifications

• Previous farm/landscape experience preferred, but not essential.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and operate machinery safely.

Job description

Trail Estate Winery is looking for someone to help make our grounds and gardens look beautiful.
The ideal candidate will:
– Keep grounds well maintained
– Look after our herbs and farm gardens
– Assist in vineyard/tractor duties ocassionally

Candidate must be able to:
– Lift 50/lbs
– Have ability to operate landscape and farm machinery and tools safely
– Ability to stand for long periods of time
– Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Express good interpersonal skills.

This is a seasonal part-time role of 1-2 days (possibly more) per week running until October.
This is a an outdoors position. Previous farm/landscape experience preferred, but not essential.
