• Pull a truck and trailer

• Ensure health & safety compliance
• Ensure quality work within time and budget by delegating tasks effectively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College diploma in horticulture or equivalent preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Landscape Maintenance
• Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting
• Able to lift or move over 25 pounds
• Passion for outdoor work in all weather conditions
