As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of landscape/earthworks construction projects; including the supervision of field staff and heavy equipment, ensuring all work performed adheres to client scope and site specifications, and maintaining project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Landscape Construction/Earthworks Foreman
• Experienced in heavy equipment operation including skid steers, excavators, and loaders
• Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Background in Horticulture considered an asset
