Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your landscaping crews
• Work alongside your Crew members in training in the field
• Tasks such as Training with Summer and Winter equipment
• Engage with customers to address landscaping issues
• Foster team spirit
• Ensure health & safety compliance
• Ensure quality work on time and within budget by delegating tasks effectively
• Running crews during a snow event and making sure all crews are communicated during events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College diploma in horticulture or equivalent is preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Landscape Maintenance
• Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents
• Able to lift or move over 25 pounds
• Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
