No landscaping experience is required—if you're dependable, physically capable, and eager to learn, we'll train you and help you grow into skilled technician roles over time.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labour experience is an asset—but not required.
• A valid Class 5 driver's licence is required.
• Class 3F with Air is an asset.
• Trailer-towing experience is an asset, but training may be available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality outdoor spaces with a team.
• Install softscape elements like sod, soil, mulch, trees, and plants.
• Assist with hardscape features such as patios and retaining walls.
• Measure, prepare, and handle materials accurately.
• Operate small equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites throughout projects.
