As Landscape Construction Sales, you love leading clients through a creative process to help them build their dreams. You are a great listener and naturally build relationships. As our new Landscape Construction Sales, you will be responsible for consulting, qualifying, design sales, collaboration, estimating, proposal building, project sales, and client care.

If you were working for us, here are some of the things you would have done last week:

  1. Consulting and Qualifying - Qualify design opportunities, meet with clients to consult and problem-solve, uncover budgets, set project expectations, and complete all required site inventory information.
  2. Design Sales and Collaboration - Build and sell design proposals, organize, prioritize, and manage ongoing designs while balancing client needs, budgets, and company standards. Ensure that completed design packages from concept through construction plans are complete, creative, and buildable, working in collaboration with our construction manager.
  3. Estimating and Proposal Building - Estimate all designs following company process, standards, and software, write proposals in a compelling and detailed manner, and provide a clear project handoff to our project manager.
  4. Project Sales and Client Care - Lead clients through our sales process, present and confirm proposals in a timely fashion. Document all sales activity in our company CRM, participate in meetings and training, prepare sales forecasts, promote internal cross-referrals, and resolve customer conflicts when needed.

The Details

This is a full-time, permanent job working in Owen Sound, Ontario, and surrounding areas. When you're not in the office, you'll travel to job sites within the service region.

We recognize that our ideal candidate may come from outside the area, so relocation assistance is available. Qualifications
