What You’ll Do

As our Landscape Construction Foreman, you’ll work closely with our Project Manager to oversee all aspects of landscape construction. You’ll manage and mentor a team of 3-4 workers, ensuring high-quality installations of Kelowna’s most exclusive landscapes.

• Plan, schedule, and execute landscape construction projects from start to finish.
• Lead your team with humility, respect, and positivity.
• Promote safety, excellence, and innovation on every site.
• Master the art of custom installations, including:
• Paving stones, slabs, and flagstone
• Water features and drainage systems
• Natural stone walls (hand-stacked or machine-built)
• Low-voltage lighting and irrigation
• Softscapes

Skills & Experience You’ll Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of formal training or 5+ years of field experience in landscape construction.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Reading plans, material take-offs, and operating equipment (skid steers, excavators, transit levels, and more).
• Qualifications: Valid BC Driver’s License with Heavy Trailer Endorsement, First Aid Certificate.
• Personal Qualities:
• Polite, respectful, and humble.
• Emotionally intelligent and adaptable.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for learning and growing.
