• British Columbia Land Surveyor (BCLS) designation in good standing.

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations in coordination with administration.
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with GeoVerra's social initiatives.
• Support Project Managers in managing client and project expectations.

What You Will Bring :

• Diploma or Degree in Geomatics Engineering Technology, B.S. in Geomatics or related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in surveying and geomatics.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• British Columbia Land Surveyor (BCLS) designation in good standing.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations in coordination with administration and the property manager.
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with GeoVerra's social initiatives.
• Be a performance leader, improving profitability of projects through effective planning, active scope / schedule management, and forecasting project outcomes.
• Support Project Managers in managing client and project expectations, including scope creep.
