Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years delivering Land Development projects for public and private sector clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and active P.Eng designation in Alberta.
• Proven capability leading complex land development projects and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Alberta municipal processes, permitting pathways, and infrastructure standards; mountain-region projects asset.
• Experience designing water, sanitary, stormwater, and roadway systems.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.
• Valid driver's licence and readiness to support site-based work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of municipal water, wastewater, drainage, roadway, and site-servicing projects for public and private sector clients.

• Grow and strengthen client relationships from project initiation through completion.

• Oversee budgets, schedules, scope, and project quality to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical oversight during construction activities.
• Mentor and elevate emerging professionals across the Calgary municipal design practice.
• Contribute to proposal development, including scope definition, fee development, and RFP response strategy.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 - $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
