About the OpportunityHBFN is looking fora full-time Land Acquisition & Projects Specialistbased inClinton, BC.
Reporting to the Band Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in advancing land acquisition efforts and managing early-stage infrastructure projects to support community development initiatives.
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for identifying, assessing, and coordinating the acquisition of land and planning infrastructure projects that align with the Nation’s strategic goals, including additions to reserve and long-term revitalization efforts.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To qualify, you will need3–5+ years of experience in land development, real estate, or project management, with demonstrated knowledge ofland acquisition, property assessment, and capital or infrastructure planning.
