You will be responsible for:

Labourers (Entry-Level)

• Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and materials handling

• Support installation crews in roofing, siding, soffit, and fascia

• Learn the trade with hands-on experience

• Opportunity for advancement into skilled roles

Experienced Installers (Roofing & Siding)

• Independently or collaboratively install roofing systems, siding, eavestroughs, soffit, and fascia

• Read and follow site plans and measurements

• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A team player with a strong work ethic

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality

• Experienced in roofing, siding, or general construction (necessary for installer roles)

• New to the trade? No problem—training provided for labourers
