Job summary

Primoris Canada is seeking a Labourer to support industrial site work for oil, gas, and heavy industrial projects in Alberta. You will assist ticketed tradesmen and handle tools, while serving as a fire/spark watch for welders in a physically demanding environment.

The role emphasizes safety, loading/unloading materials, and following OH&S standards, with travel and camp accommodations provided where required.

Qualifications

• CSO is required.
• OSSA Fire Watch is considered an asset.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
• Must be physically able to lift 50lbs.
• Pre-employment alcohol and drug testing is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with PSC and Client Safety rules, as well as OH&S standards
• Assisting tradesmen in completing daily duties
• Sorting and selecting tools, as requested by journeymen
• Acting as fire/spark watch for welders
• Load and unload materials as required
• Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings
• May perform other duties as assigned
