Job summary

Primoris Canada is hiring a Labourer to support ticketed tradesmen at the CNRL Horizon Maintenance site. The role may be indoors or outdoors and involves physically demanding tasks on an industrial job site.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and the ability to work in a team. CSO certification and OSSA Fire Watch are assets for applicants.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on an industrial site is a plus.
• CSO certification is required.
• OSSA Fire Watch certification is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with PSC and Client Safety rules, OH&S standards.
• Assist tradesmen in completing daily duties.
• Sort and select tools as requested by journeymen.
• Act as fire/spark watch for welders.
• Load and unload materials as required.
• Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY

A Labourer is involved in a variety of job scopes assisting ticketed tradesmen. This work may exist indoors or outdoors and may be physically demanding.

JOB DUTIES
