We are currently recruiting for aLabourerwho hasconcrete experienceto join the team at the EL Smith Project in Edmonton!
Shifts are 5 days on 2 days off – chance to work overtime (this may include extended hours/ weekends/ or possible afternoon & night shift) if site requires.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with concrete pours
  • Assisting with concrete formwork &stripping formwork
  • Backfilling
  • General site cleanup and housekeeping
  • Review work area for damages
  • Assist with other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 2years’ experience in the construction industry
  • Must have safety tickets: CSTS/ WHMIS
  • Haveexperience working with concrete will be consideredan asset
  • Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, walk on uneven ground
  • Capable of learning through on the job training
  • Reliable transportation
  • Candidates must be legally able to work in Canada
  • Satisfactory completion of Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
