Job description

  • Maintaining, inspecting, installing, and repairing scaffolding in compliance with procedures and standards.
  • Ensuring that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) complies with current safety and quality standards.
  • Safely transporting and handling scaffolding materials on the construction site.
  • Carefully inspecting each component before installation and report any damage to the Team Lead.
  • Safely installing and dismantling temporary and / or permanent structures, following the Team Lead's instructions.
  • Analyzing and interpreting plans and sketches to understand project specifications.
  • Following safety protocols established by the employer, including signing the risk analysis sheet upon entering the site, a document managed and completed by the Team Lead.
  • Ensuring the safety of the designated work area established by the Team Lead.
  • Participating in mandatory training organized by the Superintendent to maintain industry best safety practices.
  • Maintaining respectful communication with the client, team members, Superintendent, and any other organization member.
  • In the event of an incident or accident, immediately informing the Team Lead and / or Superintendent.
  • Performing any other related tasks.
