Labourer / Carpenter Helper

Steph Pro Contracting is a residential and light commercial general contracting company. Our services include, but are not limited to, excavation, foundation work, siding, windows and doors, caulking, roofing, decks and fences, framing, flooring, painting, and interior trim.
We are seeking a motivated Labourer/Carpenter Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction tasks and support our skilled carpenters.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with excavation, foundation work, siding, windows and doors, caulking, roofing, decks and fences, framing, flooring, painting, and interior trim.
• Read and interpret measuring tapes accurately.
• Work long hours in various weather conditions.
• Collaborate and brainstorm with team members.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability.

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
• Occasional out-of-town work.

Qualifications
• Valid G2 or G driver’s license.
• Work boots and exterior work clothes.
• Ability to read a measuring tape.
• Ability to work long hours in different conditions.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Ability to express opinions and brainstorm with others.
• Experience is not required but is considered an asset.
