Overview

Paramount is looking for a dependable, hard-working Labourer to help keep our warehouse and service operations running smoothly. You’ll be moving, loading, and organizing equipment and parts, keeping work areas safe, and pitching in wherever needed. If you’re someone who takes pride in getting the job done and being part of a team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Load and unload trucks, move materials to the right spots.
  • Keep the shop and yard clean, safe, and organized.
  • Fill out paperwork and reports accurately.
  • Operate a forklift (we’ll issue a company license).
  • Follow all safety rules (PPE, confined spaces, chemical handling).
  • Help with parking lot upkeep and repairs.
  • Take on other tasks to support the crew.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of labour/warehouse or related experience.
  • Physically fit: lift/move 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs at times).
  • Comfortable with standing, walking, kneeling, and overhead work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Asphalt repair experience is a bonus.
  • Valid Driver’s License (Class 3 an asset).
  • Able to pass pre-employment checks (drug, background, criminal).
