Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Excellent work habits and demonstrated ability to perform job to a high degree of satisfaction.
• Punctuality.
• Must abide by our Safety Standards.
• Safely handle and carry ladders and weights of 100+ pounds (with the assistance of other employees).
• Must be able to work in confined spaces while adhering to our safety standards.
• Effective communication with team members and/or clients when required.
• Physically able to perform the duties of a General Laborer.
• Majority of work duties completed outdoors year-round.
• Generally able to complete the work assigned without assistance.
• Meet established company standards of appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Must have a valid driver's license, own transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable pulling and backing up trailers.
• Possess a good attitude, work well with other employees and management, and provide excellent customer service. Must also be self-motivated.
• Travel will be required.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
