Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Sherbrooke, QC, from Monday to Friday, starting at 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. As a labourer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by assisting in the dismantling and recycling process of vehicles. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automobiles and hands-on work.

What you’re responsible for:

• Dismantling and depolluting vehicles safely using hand tools and power tools
• Preparing vehicles for resale and/or display in the yard
• Dismounting wheels, rims, and tires
• Cleaning, testing, and sorting batteries for resale
• Sorting and organizing salvaged parts for inventory
• Maintaining a clean and organized yard and work environment

Qualifications

To join our team:

• Previous experience in a general labour or similar role
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Reliable and willing to learn different areas of the business
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
