Responsibilities:

1. Perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction projects.
2. Handle and carry ladders and equipment weighing over 100 pounds with assistance.
3. Work safely in confined spaces following safety standards.
4. Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
5. Work outdoors year-round, completing assigned tasks independently.
6. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
7. Travel as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license, own transportation, and clean driving record.
• Ability to pull and back up trailers.
• Good attitude, self-motivated, and able to work well with others.
• Physically able to perform duties, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working in various physical positions and environments.

Physical Demands:
