Job summary

Kenny U-Pull is seeking a motivated Labourer in Newmarket, ON to assist in dismantling and recycling vehicles in a busy yard. You will work hands-on with tools to support the daily operations and ensure safe, efficient processes.

This full-time position offers a starting wage of $20/hour, with a semi-annual bonus of up to 3.75%, plus benefits and tuition assistance to support your growth within our AIM family.

Qualifications

• Experience in a general labour or similar role.
• Physical stamina; able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Reliable and eager to learn different areas of the business.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Dismantling and depolluting vehicles safely using hand and power tools.
• Preparing vehicles for resale/display in the yard.
• Dismounting wheels, rims and tires.
• Cleaning, testing, and sorting batteries for resale.
• Sorting and organizing salvaged parts for inventory.
• Maintaining a clean and organized yard and work environment.
