Job summary

Kenny U-Pull in Hamilton, ON is seeking a Labourer to support daily operations in the vehicle recycling yard. You will assist with dismantling and tire/rim handling, contributing to an efficient, safe recycling process.

The role offers full-time permanent employment with a starting wage of $20 CAD per hour plus a semi-annual bonus of up to 3.75% and benefits, including RRSP matching and health care access. You’ll work outdoors in varying conditions and join a team dedicated to greener vehicle

Qualifications

• Experience in general labour or similar role.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and eager to learn different areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Remove and inspect tires from vehicles in the yard.
• Safely remove tires from rims using hand tools or machines.
• Inspect, sort, and separate rims for resale or scrap.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Hamilton, ON. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by assisting in the dismantling and recycling process of vehicles. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work.

What you’re responsible for:

• Removing and inspecting used tires from vehicles in the yard
• Safely removing tires from rims using hand tools or machinery
• Inspecting, sorting, and separating rims for resale or scrap recycling
• Stacking, organizing, and storing rims and tires in designated areas
• Assisting with yard cleanup as needed, removing debris, scrap, and unusable parts

Qualifications
