We're looking for Mill Labourers to join our dynamic team ASAP!

Our client is a trusted provider of premium building materials and wood-based products, all sourced from sustainable Australian Plantation Pine. The mission is to meet the needs of various market sectors by delivering innovative and adaptable solutions. Strive to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating workplace that promotes the ongoing development of our team members

About the Job:

• Shift: 7.6-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) + overtime (Monday to Friday and some Saturdays)
  
• Work Environment: Repetitive tasks in a dusty & noisy environment
  
• Forklift experience a bonus (but not required)
  

• Hourly Rate: $35.00 per hour
  
• Overtime Rate: $52.50 per hour
  

Duties

• Efficiently handle and stack sawed boards, carefully selecting and placing the right sizes into trolleys
  
• Perform repetitive tasks with a focus on precision and consistency
  
• Work in a fast-paced, industrial environment that's dynamic, with exposure to noise and dust
  

️ Requirements:

• No direct experience needed, but a labouring background is ideal
  
• Physically fit for the role
  
• Must be able to read and write
  
• Dress Code: Hi-Vis shirts, steel cap boots, long work pants
  
• Having a forklift licence is a bonus byt not essential
