Job summary

Kenny U-Pull in Newmarket, ON is hiring a Labourer to assist in dismantling and recycling vehicles. You will help prepare vehicles for resale, depollute cars, and sort salvaged parts while maintaining a safe, organized yard.

We offer a competitive wage starting from $20/hr with a semi-annual bonus up to 3.75%, full-time permanent employment, tuition assistance, vacation and RRSP matching, plus 24/7 virtual health care and shop discounts on parts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in general labour or similar roles.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Reliable and willing to learn different areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Dismantling and depolluting vehicles safely using hand tools and power tools.
• Preparing vehicles for resale and/or display in the yard.
• Dismounting wheels, rims and tires.
• Cleaning, testing, and sorting batteries for resale.
• Sorting and organizing salvaged parts for inventory.
• Maintaining a clean and organized yard and work environment.
