Qualifications
Experience: 2-5 years of labour experience in the civil construction industry is preferred, but not required for motivated candidates.
Skills & Knowledge: A strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as shoveling, lifting, carrying, and pushing wheelbarrows for extended periods.

Responsibilities
Handle materials and equipment: Safely lift, carry, and move construction materials around job sites.
Perform general labour tasks: Shoveling, raking, pouring concrete, and other hands-on work to support construction projects.
Site maintenance: Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the day.
Assist with traffic control: Direct traffic around construction zones when required to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
Perform inspections: Check equipment and site conditions to identify potential hazards before starting tasks.
