Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Hearst is seeking a Labourer to assist in dismantling construction, forestry and mining equipment and components. You will help clean parts, organize the yard, and support inventory tasks while collaborating with shop personnel to boost productivity.

The ideal candidate is physically capable, works well with minimal supervision, and shows a mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn. Forklift experience is a plus and safety is emphasized.

Brandt is currently seeking a Labourer for our Hearst Construction & Forestry location.

The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for assisting in the dismantling of construction, forestry and mining based heavy equipment and components.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Cleaning parts and components
• Cleaning and organizing the yard
• Some inventory maintenance.
• Assisting the other shop personnel fulfill their duties and increase overall shop productivity

• Must be capable of working under minimal supervision
• Previous mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required
• Forklift experience and heavy duty parts handling considered an asset
