Job summary

WestUrban Developments Ltd. is seeking motivated construction workers to perform general construction tasks on our residential projects across Western Canada. This role involves physical work, safety awareness, and contributing to quality apartment building projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-family residential framing and concrete formwork.
• Ability to operate equipment (bobcat/telehandler) with ticket.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks with physical exertion; lift, carry, climb ladders and move materials.
• Take direction and assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labour as needed.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.

What you will be doing:

• Perform a range of general construction related tasks as assigned; this will involve physical exertion, that includes lifting, carrying, climbing ladders and moving materials;
• Be willing to take direction;
• Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labour as needed;
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards;
