Qualifications

• Experience working with multi-family residential framing and concrete formwork.
• Ability to operate equipment (such as a bobcat or telehandler ticket).
• A valid driver’s license.
• Hardworking with an eye for quality in your finished product.
• Safety conscious and mindful of your surroundings.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team; willingness to overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of general construction related tasks as assigned; this will involve physical exertion, that includes lifting, carrying, climbing ladders and moving materials.
• Be willing to take direction.
• Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labour as needed.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
