Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Central Saanich, BC. The Labourer will be responsible for assisting in the production of composite headwall products and junction boxes. Daily tasks include operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and following safety protocols. The Labourer will work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality outputs and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus
