The Labour Scheduler role is responsible for labour and skills management in partnership with Shift Crew Leaders, T4E, and Leaders to maintain resource requirements for equipment and departments.

In this role, you will:

Support Scheduling department resources to meet production needs in partnership with Crew leaders, Leaders.

Manages administration inputs associated with all changes in work schedules in Schedule Pro in partnership with Crew Leaders, Leaders and PSA.

Site expert in SchedulePro, supporting the use of this tool exclusively for managing and scheduling resources, training and ensure data accuracy of qualifications in partnership with T4E team.

Data entry as required for SchedulePro, POKA-Skills Work Instructions.

Supports, coordinates and schedules team member vacation management in partnership with Crew Leaders, Leaders with Schedule Pro/UKG.

Coordinates and participates in labour resourcing meetings and maintains labour forecasts in partnership with Crew Leaders/Leaders to develop proactive crewing management.

Maintains Skills profile of team members in Schedule Pro in partnership with Crew Leaders, Leaders.

Supports T4E standards, updates, refreshers as required.

Prepare training plans in partnership with Crew Leaders/Leaders aligning to T4E standards.

Provides reporting tools to stakeholders to ensure adherence to labour and training standards.

Optimize, Schedule Pro, POKA to advance use, enabling capability and efficiencies.

Schedule Regular meetings with Crew Leaders/Leaders to review skills development, schedule pro and labour resource management.

Participate in daily tier meetings, monthly crewing meetings and others as assigned.

Participate in vendor partner meetings for Schedule Pro, POKA as required.

Other duties as assigned by Leader.

Minimum of High School Diploma, preferred College Diploma.

A minimum of 2 years of Operations experience preferred.

Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and have the ability to be flexible in order to support additional business needs.
