Menasha Corporation is seeking an estimator who can forecast production costs for a range of projects. You will gather data, evaluate raw materials, labor, equipment and transport costs, and help prepare bids for CPG projects.
Responsibilities include leading projects, conducting time studies, and providing cost analyses to support quotes. Occasional travel and collaboration with production teams are expected.

Forecasts project costs. Gathers details and compiles data to estimate all production costs according to specifications. Considers raw materials, labor, equipment, tools, labour and transportation for estimations. Helps determine necessary resources for projects based on labour and material estimating.
Pay Band: $55,000.00 -$$65,000.00

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting.
Position may be based at Menasha Packaging site or customer location.
Occasional travel required.
