We are seeking an associate with 3 to 7 years of labour and/or employment law experience. The successful candidate will primarily support our practice in Southwestern Ontario, based out of either our London or Waterloo office, according to their preference.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, the ability to work independently and in teams, exceptional practice management skills, strong interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a client service orientation. Sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills are essential.
