What You\'ll Be Doing

• Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and material handling
• Assist with equipment maintenance and site clean-up
• Support plant operations and production activities
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
• Operate basic tools and machinery as needed
