About the Role
Reporting to the Geochem Lab Manager, we are hiring a Laboratory Production Manager (Geochemistry) to oversee the Geochem Lab Services Team. With your experience in leadership, fostering continuous improvement, and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, you’ll oversee the operational performance of the laboratory, ensuring efficient and compliant production processes, operational excellence, and team engagement. This role involves managing staff, resources, and equipment to meet production goals while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
By assessing and optimizing lab services and procedures, you will streamline operations, increase sample throughput, and ensure the production of high-quality, defensible data—delivered safely and on time. Your leadership will play a critical role in advancing our market share and operational efficiency while embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the team.
You will make a measurable difference working with a young management team to shape them into future leaders, optimizing processes to introduce efficiency, and contributing to strategic planning that increases our visibility and impact.
