Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Saguenay–Lougue area is seeking a part-time customer service associate to be the primary contact with customers, handling inquiries with confidentiality and empathy. You will follow up on phone requests and help restock displays to keep shelves appealing and organized.

Flexible hours range from 10 to 30 hours per week, offering a collaborative work environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and with discretion.
• Sensitivity and confidentiality in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact with customers; maintain confidentiality, empathy and professionalism.
• Respond to customer requests within the legal limits of the position, while protecting disclosed information.
• Perform phone call follow-ups to customers as needed.
• Restock merchandise displays to maintain attractive and organized shelves.
