Labor Law Attorney - Regional Firm

Do you have about 5 years of experience in labor and employment law?

Our client, a law firm with an excellent reputation in labor law, is seeking a lawyer with approximately 5 years of experience in labor and employment law to advise and represent a clientele of employers.

YOUR ROLE :

  1. Work on challenging and diverse cases related to labor and employment law, including labor relations and collective agreements;
  2. Draft various documents related to labor and employment law such as legal procedures as well as employment contracts, policies and guidelines;
  3. Provide legal advice and legal opinions;
  4. Appear in court to argue motions or other hearings in relation to the cases assigned to you;

Act as a strategic advisor to clients.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Member in good standing of the Quebec bar;
  • Relevant experience of approximately 5 years or more in labor and employment law, ideally acquired in private practice;
  • Experience in appearing in judicial and administrative courts;
  • Organization skills and good management of priorities;

Excellent interpersonal skills.
