The Opportunity (Role Summary)
The Lab Technician is responsible for performing blood sample collection, processing on lab machines, ensuring proper patient ID and labeling, determining appropriate drawing methods, maintaining accurate records, organizing documents, receiving training in Andrology, maintaining a clean workstation, following infection control standards, and fulfilling assigned duties. You are expected to be courteous and sympathetic when working with patients.
