Job summary

Hitachi Rail Canada Inc. in Toronto, Canada, seeks a Lab Support Analyst to join the Lab team. You will support simulator systems and lab environments through configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation, reporting to the Manager, Lab Support.

You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure systems meet project requirements and timelines, install OS, troubleshoot networks, and participate in FAT testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on electronics experience in relevant industries.
• Understanding of electronic circuits and hardware connection diagrams.
• Experience using test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers).
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and virtual environments for OS installation.

Reporting to the Manager, Lab Support, this role is responsible for supporting simulator systems and lab environments through configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
