What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide L2 and L3 support for financial applications, resolving queries with minimal intervention
  2. Conduct user access reviews, audit reviews, and IDM reviews as part of project responsibilities
  3. Create metric reports for incident tickets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  4. Coordinate and manage disaster recovery (DR) flips effectively
  5. Support Tidal jobs and ensure their operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience with SQL, ETL, Linux, and ServiceNow
  2. Mandatory experience in financial applications support, particularly in investment banking projects
  3. Proven ability to resolve queries independently with minimal assistance
  4. Experience in conducting user access and audit reviews
  5. Knowledge of metric reporting for incident management and KPIs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience supporting applications such as Client Impact, BPS, Cognos, and Murex
  2. Prior experience in the Market Operations group or similar financial environments
