Job summary

L'Occitane is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Seasonal Sales Associate for the Christmas period in Canada. You will act as an ambassador, delivering excellent customer service and effective product selling.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, supporting events, adhering to policies, and ensuring housekeeping, visual merchandising, and health & safety standards are met. Demonstrations and refreshments may be offered to customers.

Qualifications

• Provide the highest level of service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Aim to meet or exceed personal KPIs set by Boutique Manager.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to advise on products and offers.

• Meet or exceed personal KPIs and contribute to boutique success.
• Advise customers on products, campaigns and offers with strong product knowledge.
• Assist in boutique and external customer events.
• Follow company policies and maintain reading of boutique communications.
• Support visual merchandising and window campaign changes as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in boutique, back office, and staff areas.
• Support management with security and Health & Safety monitoring.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Uphold L'Occitane values and contribute to a Prosperity-driven culture.
• Offer demonstrations (including hand massages) and serve refreshments, including wine on weekends and at special events.

Job Description:

Acting as an ambassador for L'Occitane during the Christmas period providing excellent customer service and effective product selling.

About The Applicant:

What Will You Do?

• Always provide the highest level of service to ensure all customers have an exceptional shopping experience by following the L'Occitane ALWAYS Conversation
• Consistently meet/exceed your personal Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) set by the Boutique Manager to contribute to the success of the Company
• Maintain excellent personal product knowledge to effectively advise and recommend products, campaigns and offers
• Support in-Boutique and external customer events
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times. Ensure retail bulletin and other Boutique communications are read and followed in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards throughout the Boutique and participate in window campaign changes as required
• Assist in upholding excellent housekeeping standards throughout the Boutique, back office and staff area
• Support the Boutique Management with security and general Health & Safety monitoring
• Performing any other tasks required by Boutique Management to support the needs of the business
• Effectively use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process all transactions without error
• Uphold the L'Occitane values ensuring PROSPERITY is at the core of everything we do
• Offer & provide demonstrations (including hand massage) to all customers
• Offer & serve refreshments, including wine on weekends and at special events
