Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities

Essential Criteria

  • Level 3 qualification or demonstrable experience in a relevant subject (e.g., Health & Social Care, Education and Training)
  • Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths (e.g., GCSE Grade A-C)
  • Train the Trainer certificate in any sub-subject (e.g., First Aid, Moving and Assisting)
  • Willingness to work towards a qualification in Learning and Development

Experience

  • Delivering training for diverse learners
  • Proactive problem-solving to overcome barriers
  • Customer-facing roles
  • Working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks
  • Previous employment in a care organisation, delivering direct care or similar
  • Designing and delivering practical training and learning packages
