As an L&D Trainer at St Anne's, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our teams through impactful learning experiences.

Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities
Essential Criteria
- Level 3 qualification or demonstrable experience in a relevant subject (e.g., Health & Social Care, Education and Training)
- Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths (e.g., GCSE Grade A-C)
- Train the Trainer certificate in any sub-subject (e.g., First Aid, Moving and Assisting)
- Willingness to work towards a qualification in Learning and Development
Experience
- Delivering training for diverse learners
- Proactive problem-solving to overcome barriers
- Customer-facing roles
- Working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks
- Previous employment in a care organisation, delivering direct care or similar
- Designing and delivering practical training and learning packages
- Facilitating legislative and mandatory training
- Basic administration and monitoring systems
Knowledge
- Understanding of learning styles and legislation impacting care
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and authoring tools
