Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting complex, fast-paced projects in the financial industry
  • Skills developing eLearning using Articulate 360 suite
  • Skills developing videos using Adobe suite, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.
Job Description:

The main function of the L&D Instructional Designer/Developer is to assess learning needs, consult, scope, recommend, design, and develop high-quality, accessible, multi-approach blended learning and performance solutions supporting a complex, highly visible, fast-paced project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support complex learning projects by assessing needs, recommending solutions, and delivering high-quality, impactful learning solutions
  • Synthesize, simplify, and communicate complex information clearly
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Work directly with Subject Matter Experts to capture content knowledge
  • Design and develop engaging, accessible, blended learning solutions
  • Ensure solutions align with brand, accessibility, diversity, and inclusion standards
  • Leverage best practices, processes, and measures in design and development
  • Provide expertise in learning and performance consulting, stay updated with industry trends
  • Share knowledge and provide thought leadership within the team
