Job Overview

The Senior MDM Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of organizational data. This position involves supporting data quality initiatives, resolving data discrepancies, collaborating with team members to improve master data management processes, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Data Quality Support: Assist in reviewing and correcting data errors from audits and provide ad hoc analyses to resolve escalations.
2. Collaboration: Work with MDM Process Analysts to report data trends and suggest improvements for data accuracy and operational efficiency.
3. Data Cleansing: Participate in activities ensuring data consistency and accuracy, including routine checks and addressing data gaps.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Attend meetings to provide insights on data trends and contribute to discussions on data integrity improvements.
5. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about master data processes and actively participate in initiatives to enhance data management.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Administration, Data Management, or equivalent professional experience.

Skills:

• Proficient in English and French, with effective communication and collaboration skills across organizational levels.
• Experience in data management and analysis, familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrates a digital mindset with adaptability to a dynamic environment and technological solutions for innovation.
