Responsibilities / Responsabilités

• Effectuer le montage des outils et des dispositifs (« fixtures ») selon les instructions techniques / Assemble tools and fixtures according to technical instructions
• Charger, décharger et déplacer les pièces et les dispositifs entre les zones de travail / Load, unload, and move parts and fixtures between work areas
• Effectuer des inspections de pièces et remplir les fiches d’auto-contrôle (PTS) / Inspect parts and complete self-check (PTS) forms
• Assurer l’entretien de base de la machine : vidange des copeaux, remplissage de l’huile de coupe, nettoyage du poste / Perform basic machine maintenance: chip removal, refilling cutting oil, and cleaning the workstation
• Compléter la fiche de maintenance journalière et mettre à jour la liste de production / Complete the daily maintenance log and update the production schedule
• Communiquer les informations pertinentes au quart suivant et signaler toute anomalie au superviseur / Communicate relevant information to the next shift and report any anomalies to the supervisor

Minimum Requirements / Profil

• Lecture et interprétation de plans et dessins techniques / Reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings
• Utilisation d’instruments de mesure / Using measurement instruments
• Montage de pièces simples et complexes / Assembling simple and complex parts
• Minutie, autonomie et sens de l’organisation / Attention to detail, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
• Esprit d’équipe et capacité à travailler sous pression / Team spirit and ability to work under pressure
• Aptitude à suivre les consignes avec un minimum de supervision / Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
• Diplôme d’études professionnelles en technique d’usinage ou équivalent / Diploma in machining techniques or equivalent
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit / Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
