Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an experienced Associate, Capital Markets KYC Quality Assurance & Data Integrity to oversee day-to-day CM KYC QA and drive improvements. Reporting to the VP, you will ensure high-quality KYC reviews, provide QA oversight, and support an outsourced delivery model.

This role emphasizes quality, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence in a dynamic CM environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AML/KYC experience in Capital Markets, strong knowledge of global KYC

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of AML/KYC experience in Capital Markets, including hands-on KYC file review.
• Strong understanding of global Capital Markets KYC requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Quality Control (QC) and/or Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
• Experience with outsourced/vendor delivery models.
• Experience with Canadian, UK, and European KYC standards and requirements.
• Experience creating and maintaining procedures and training materials.
• Experience supporting process improvements and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution and oversight of the Capital Markets KYC Quality Assurance program.
• Coordinate quality review sampling and file assignments across KYC workstreams.
• Perform QA reviews of KYC files and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Produce dashboards, metrics, and trend analysis for leadership.
• Analyze quality findings to identify root causes and drive enhancements.
• Review and update job aids, procedures, and training documents.
• Act as a Quality SME and mentor stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support change management initiatives and stakeholder communications.
• Recommend improvements to procedures, controls, and operating effectiveness.
• Drive opportunities to streamline manual processes through data normalization and automation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to improve quality and client experience.

We are seeking an experienced Associate, Capital Markets KYC Quality Assurance & Data Integrity to support the day-to-day operations and oversight of the Capital Markets AML/KYC Quality Assurance function. Reporting to the Vice President, CM KYC Quality Assurance & Data Integrity, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality KYC reviews, driving process improvements, providing quality oversight, and supporting an outsourced KYC delivery model.

This is an exciting opportunity for a KYC professional who combines strong AML/KYC expertise with a passion for quality, continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.

Must have:

• 3-5 years of direct AML/KYC experience within Capital Markets, including hands-on completion and review of KYC files.
• Strong understanding of global Capital Markets KYC requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Previous Quality Control (QC) and/or Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
• Experience working within or supporting outsourced/vendor delivery models.
• Experience with Canadian, UK, and European KYC standards and requirements.
• Experience creating, updating, and maintaining procedures, job aids, or process documentation.
• Experience supporting process improvements and change management initiatives.

Duties:

• Support the day-to-day execution and oversight of the Capital Markets KYC Quality Assurance program.
• Coordinate quality review sampling and file assignments across KYC workstreams.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of KYC files and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce recurring reporting, dashboards, metrics, and trend analysis for leadership.
• Analyze quality findings and identify root causes to support ongoing enhancements.
• Review, update, and maintain job aids, procedures, and training documentation.
• Act as a Quality Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support change management initiatives, including process updates, stakeholder communications, and adoption activities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to procedures, controls, and operating effectiveness.
• Drive opportunities to streamline manual processes through data normalization and automation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to improve quality, consistency, and client experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
