Korean Bilingual Service Center Operations Supervisor - Battery Products

Our client, a leading electronics company, is seeking a Korean Bilingual Service Center Operations Supervisor - Battery Products in Ontario, CA.

Details :

Pre-Screening Questions :

  • Can you speak Korean fluently?
  • Do you have 3+ years of experience in battery service operations?
  • Have you worked in a warehouse?

The role involves managing end-to-end battery service operations, including repair, return, warranty, and workflow management. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, with experience in repair workflows and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities include :

  • Overseeing battery service lifecycle from intake to release
  • Managing repair, return, warranty, and maintenance processes
  • Developing and monitoring SOPs for efficient workflows
  • Tracking service orders and reducing turnaround times
  • Serving as main contact for service inquiries and escalations
  • Collaborating with customer service and logistics teams
  • Handling spare parts procurement and warranty claims
  • Building relationships with HQ, regional partners, and vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Implementing inspection / testing protocols
  • Conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 3+ years in battery servicing or related fields
  • Experience with warehouse operations and inventory processes
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, inventory software
  • Bilingual in Korean and English

Education & Experience :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of inventory and repair tracking systems is a plus
