About the Role:

As we expand globally, we seek a talented KOL Manager to lead our influencer marketing efforts across major social media platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and managing the company's KOL program.
  2. Researching and evaluating relevant KOLs within the fintech industry.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs, collaborating on creative content ideas.
  4. Negotiating partnership terms, including compensation and deliverables.
  5. Executing KOL campaigns in Indonesia, working closely with local influencers.
  6. Ensuring content aligns with brand identity and company guidelines.
  7. Providing training and support to internal teams to monitor performance and achieve targets.
  8. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging influencers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in influencer or digital marketing, preferably in trading, forex, financial services, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.
  • Creative mindset for developing engaging campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship, and time management skills.
